Rostislav Řepka is the founder of the Czech brand RÆZNIK, which specializes in the production of premium flannel shirts inspired by the legend of Olaf Schlægen. These shirts, known as RÆZNIK LEGEND, are made of 100% cotton with a heavy weight of 370 g/m², which ensures their durability and longevity. Typical features are a double saddle, wider sleeves and handmade horn buttons.

Originally from the Sudetenland, Řepka went through a difficult life path that included service in the Foreign Legion. After returning to the Czech Republic, he decided to change his life direction and founded the RÆZNIK brand, which emphasizes quality, handwork and authenticity. His goal was to create shirts that are not just clothing, but a companion for life. 

RÆZNIK is based in the village of Království in northern Bohemia, and all shirts are made exclusively in the Czech Republic. The brand is based on a community approach and personal relationships with customers, which is also confirmed by Řepka's statement: "My customers create the brand. They are extremely important.
