This document contains all necessary information regarding your personal data processed by the operator of the e-shop www.raeznikshirts.com – Rostislav Řepka, ID No.: 04961811, with registered office at Království 25, 407 47 Šluknov (hereinafter the "Seller"), with whom you have concluded a purchase agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement").

What is the purpose of processing and what personal data do we collect?

1.1. Conclusion and performance of the Agreement

We process your personal data for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling our obligations under the Agreement. For this, we require your identification details, contact information (email and phone number), delivery address, bank account number and other payment details, communication records, details about the performance of the Agreement, and measurement information (either yours or of the person for whom the goods are made).

Processing of this data is necessary for fulfilling our contractual obligations.

1.2. Legitimate interests and legal obligations

In justified cases, we also process personal data to protect our legitimate interests – for example, in legal disputes, court proceedings, or inspections by public authorities (e.g., the Czech Trade Inspection Authority).

We are often required by law to process personal data, including for:

  • maintaining accounting records and fulfilling related tax obligations;
  • archiving.

In order to understand how the website www.raeznikshirts.com is used and to improve its functionality, we also track customer behavior via tracking tools (e.g., browsing and usage history of site features).

From whom do we collect personal data and to whom do we disclose it?

We primarily obtain personal data directly from you. You are required to provide only accurate data and to update it if it changes.

  • ONEbit hosting, operated by Webglobe, s.r.o., ID No.: 26159708, Vinohradská 2405/190, Prague, Czech Republic – for hosting services.

Personal data may be disclosed to public authorities when required by law, to payment service providers, and to delivery service providers.

How do we process personal data?

Your personal data is processed manually where necessary and appropriate, e.g., for data correction or error resolution.

Our employees or contracted personnel may handle your data under strict confidentiality and only for permitted purposes.

Data may also be processed electronically using automated tools, especially on our website www.raeznikshirts.com.

We always process your data in accordance with applicable legal regulations and ensure its proper care and protection. We make sure your rights are not harmed, including your right to dignity and privacy.

How long do we store personal data?

4.1. For performance of the Agreement and legitimate interests

We retain your data for the duration of the Agreement and afterward for the length of applicable limitation periods, which may be up to 15 years in the Czech Republic. This allows us to handle complaints or enforce or defend legal claims.

In this context, we retain:

  • identification details (name, surname, company ID/VAT number, address);
  • contact details (email, phone);
  • relevant contact persons' details;
  • Agreement contents and related communication.

4.2. Legal obligations – accounting and archiving

We are legally required to retain certain personal data (such as invoicing details and transaction information) for accounting and tax purposes:

  • 5 years after the end of the financial year,
  • 10 years after the end of the VAT period for VAT-relevant documents.

Under our contractual obligations with payment service providers, we also store payment information for 10 years and delivery documents for the same duration.

Personal data is archived in line with applicable Czech archiving laws.

What rights do you have?

You have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data and receive a copy;
  • request a list of the personal data we process;
  • be informed of:
    • the purpose of processing,
    • the categories of processed personal data,
    • the source of the data (if not collected directly from you),
    • the nature of automated processing (including profiling),
    • the recipients of the data or categories of recipients,
    • the expected retention period or the criteria used to determine it.

Additional rights include:

  • requesting an explanation or correction (e.g., update, restrict processing, or delete your data – right to be forgotten);
  • receiving your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and transferring it to another controller;
